1. Rust-proof Treatment--Sand Blasting
Sand blasting is the most important process for the rust-proof of fitness equipment. It will help get rid of all the dirts on the surface before color coating. However some factories don’t have this treatment for cost saving. (Below is the comparision of structure before and after sand blasting).
2. Rust-proof Treatment--Thicker Coating
In the past, the thickness of our color coating is 80-120μm, which is thicker than average coating of fitness equipment on the market. But to improve rust prevention, we now increase the thickness to 130-150μm.
