The main application of this syringe blister packaging machine is used to pack disposable medical products, such as disposable syringe, infusion tube set, trachea cannula tube and medical health consumable. It is also suitable for other kinds of products soft blsiter plastic film and paper packing, such as medicine, food, textile, daily commodity, stationery, toys and small hardware kinds, the most stable and highest precision medical blister packing machine in China.

 

 

 

B. Main Features: 

B1. This high precise auto thermoforming soft blister packing machine is suitable for paper&plastic film(PE/PP) composite packing, plastic film&plastic film composite packing.

B2. If the inkjet printer is equipped to this machine, then it's also suitable for printing letters and graphs directly.

B3. Adopting color code tracing system, which is suitable for double edition packing demands.

B4. Easy to pack various products when just by changing the packing mould.

B5. The spare parts of this machine are covered by stainless steel and aluminium alloy, thus ensure the clean bacterium-free products.

B6. The electrical components are imported from Japan Mitsubishi, Omron and SMC, the vacuum pump is from Germany BUSCH, working well and lasting for a long time without any disfunction.
