1. Quality from the shipping company

Please check the cargo quality any damage once your load the container any humidify damage from the

shipping company must take photo and send within 5days your get cargo ,or before unload them.

2. Quality problem from DIYI

Within 2 months get container , the supplier must send picture or video instruction the DIYI , DIYIwould reply within 2 days inform the buyer , reply the reason be caused ,reply the solve means.

If 10% quality problem , we can retired the cargo in the fee from DIYI.

If only some parts problem , wofu can discuss with buyer if client do not accept by discount or by cash , if

not , client can return or rechange the cargo by DIYI’s fee.
