Laundry soap duplex pelletizer

This machine has two stages with twin worms. The structure and function of each stage is same as a simplex refiner. Through the first and the second stage of pressing, squeezing and grinding, the soap will be more refined, dense and better transparency and output as soap pellets.

This machine uses all-hard-teeth precisely-grinded gear face reducer. Both screws of the first and second stages are made of high quality stainless steel or aluminum alloy. All other parts which are in contact with the soap are made of high quality stainless steel. The production capacity can be adjusted by the VFD or the electromagnetic speed regulation motor. This machine can be also used as a pelletizer.
