     A:  Normally MOQ is 600pcs per design ,but the price is good based on MOQ.        

          For some items, we can do it for small Quantity.        

          If Quantity of the order is very small,like 120-360pcs per style per color  the price will be raised         

          from 10% to 30%.

 3. Q:  Can you design the customer own style  according to client requirements?And how long will you           

           get the samples from us ?   
     A:  Yes, we have  professional designer, who can design according to your   requirements.For new clients ,       

          after you paid the cost of samples,you ‘ll get our samples from 7-15days ;For regular customers,after we         

          read your instruction,you can get the samples from 7-15days,if your  products need open new mould ,the         

          time need talk by mails.

 4: Q:  When can I get the quotation ?   

     A:  We usually quote you within 24 hours after we get your inquiry. If you are very urgent to get the           

          quotation.Please call us or tell us in your mail, so that we could regard your inquiry priority.

5:  Q:  Which payment way is workable and payment terms?   

     A:  You can use Western Union , T/T, Paypal ….etc. Normally  we accept 30 % TT deposit advance,balance        

          70% before shipment. 

6:  Q:  What’s  is available courier service ?   

     A:  They are UPS,FEDEX,DHL,TNT,EMS(Express Mail Service).  

7.  Q:  How about the delivery date?     

     A:  For normal items delivery time is 35-45days. 

8.  Q:  What is your sample's policy and delivery time?    

     A:  1-3pc stock samples is free of charge with freight collect.

9:  Q:  Which port will you ship the goods?    

     A:  We offer price of  EXW, if the  order quantity not big ,you can choose delivery by air,vessel or        

           international express,If the quantity size is big, ship by sea ,then offer the price we will  FOB port .if you         

           have forward,we can use your agent cargo , if you no have forward ,we can help you to solve  of the         

           shipping . 

10. Q:  How to start order with you ?    

      A:  First let us know your requirements or application.Secondly we quote  price according to your          

           requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirm the samples and pay the deposit formal          

           order,finally,we arrange the mass production. 

11. Q:  If the products isn't consistent with the website describing,how to solve it?    

      A:  If the products are defective or different with the describing words of the seller, don't worry, we will
