Our company was established in 2000,covers an area of 12000 square meters, about 350 employees, including managers and technical staff of 50 people. The company has injection molding production, metal processing, the installation of the whole set of production capacity and facilities more perfect forming, quality inspection and packing etc..

1. You are factory or trading company?

We are a professional factory since 2003, before we worked as a hardware process factory. Our location is Dongfeng Town, Zhongshan City, Guangdong.

2. What is your main product ranges?

Our main products are electric ovens, electric pressure cooker and disinfection cabinet of home appliances.

3. What is your main market?

Our main market is China, South East Asia, Africa and South America.

4. You have the ability to do independent new product development?

It is a team of about 10 staffs for our engineering department, with more than 10 years experience in electric oven R&D and metal mould. It will be highly appreciated if you can give us your feedback, idea of product improvement or new development. So there is 2 period of new product launches each year.

5. How about your quality control system for oven production?

There is a quality certified process for our external materials suppliers before we purchase materials from them. The metal parts will produce by our workshop under our strict QC control. Before on line production, all the materials will be inspected by the IQC, only the passed will sent to the assemble line. And then in line we step with IPQC, IQC, who will make sure each unit in good quality. Before shipment, the QA will make inspection for the goods and only the passed lot can inform the customers for his inspection or shipment arrangement.
