Assembly steps:

1.Slide the two sets of vertical tubes together and put the locking pins through the holes.
2.Lay the top frame on the floor(upside down) and insert the two long vertical tubes and use the locking pins.
3.Lay the assembled parts on the floor and push on the base frame, then put in the remaining locking pins.
4.Stand the dip stand in ready position.
5.push brace into base frame poles.
