LC-305 EVA Sheet Welding Machine
Function:
Using electrothermal way to melt and weld EVA, PE sheets into a roll.
Features:
1. Without glue or adhesive, this machine melts and welds EVA, PE boards into a roll by electro thermal way. Moreover, it keeps raw materials clean.
2. (1) After putting into the first raw material, it will go forward automatically and the machine will cut the head (front) of material, and then the material will go forward again and the machine will cut the tail (back) of material.
(2) After putting into the second raw material, the machine will cut the head of the second material, and then will melt and bond the head of the second material with the tail of the first material.
(3) Furthermore, it will cut the edge of materials automatically.
(4) By this process, from feeding materials, cutting the head of materials, cutting the tail of materials, cutting the edge of materials to rolling materials, it just takes 10-30 seconds (according to whether operators are practiced or not) to bond one piece of material. Every step just needs one person. It saves time and labor.
3. (1) The working width can be 1650 mm.
(2) The thickness of raw material can be 30-60 mm.
(3) The diameter of material roll can be 2.5 M-3 M.
