Wedge wire screens(Johnson Type Screens) are manufactured by a v or wedge shaped wire around an internal array of these longitudinal support rods. The word advanced all-weld technology is used with each intersecting point of these wire fusion welded, which creates robust construction and excellent mechanical performance. The v or wedge shaped profile wire wraps around the support rods over the full length of the screen creating a continuous slot opening, hence screen allows water (oil) to enter your well freely in ample quantities, while at the same time keeps the majority of sand and gravel out of the well.Slots can be changed according to different strata.

1.All dimensions of water well sand filter will be checked by our quality inspector, and they also can be inspected by Third Pary Inspection or representative appointed by buyer.

 

2. Wall thickness of coupling material is inspected by Ultrasonic inspection method, and they also be made the Ultrasonic flaw detection

 

3. Do Destructive Collapse Test and collaspe Strength Test before shipment. 

 

4. If required, the screens will be made pickling and passivation. 

 

5. The whole manufacturing process can be monitored by Third Party Inspection Company (BV, SGS, Intertek )and representative appointed by buyer.
