Product Description

EIGA(Electrode Induction Melting  Gas Atomization ) process is an alternative, ceramic-free technology which is used for production of high-purity, super-clean, reactive and refractory metal powders.

The pre-fabricated titanium electrode is melted and atomized without any crucible. The electrode is slowly rotated down to an induction coil where the electrode begins to melt at the end. Then the molten liquids fall through a gas atomizing nozzle. And the liquids are atomized by inert gas. The liquids turn to small droplets and solidify and cool down into small powders. The cyclone separator separates effeciently powders from gas. Finally, the powders are collected by a sealed stainless steel container.

The real-time working interface can display HF POWER, HEAT DEALY, MELTING FURNACE PRESSURE, ATOMIZATION TOWER PRESSURE, ATOMIZATION TOWER TEMPERATURE, ELECTRODE ROTARY SPEED, ELECTRODE FEEDING SPEED, HEATING POWER, ELECTRODE START/END COORDINATION etc.

Operation interface:

The operation interface displays VACUUM PUMP ON/OFF, GATE VALVE ON/OFF, ATOMIZAING TOWER ON/OFF, HEATING ON/OFF, CHARGING CHAMBER VENT ON/OFF, BLOWER ON/OFF etc.

Curve inquiry provides two curves
HIGH PRESSURE GAS PRESSURE CURVE
HIGH PRESSURE GAS FLOW CURVE


Alarm inquiry

The alarm inquiry screen is as above. The alarm will display when INLET WATER PRESSURE LOW, WATER SHORTAGE, WATER TEMPERATURE ULTRA HIGH, POWDER FAULT, AIR PRESSURE ULTRA HIHG, VACUUM DEGREE ABNORMAL etc.
