♦ Specifications

Polyethylene anti-corrosion PE tape: polyethylene film as a backing group, the integration process through a special formulated high viscosity rubber modified asphalt, then covered with a layer of insulating film is formed. Compared with conventional polyethylene tape, anti-corrosive tape using the current world's advanced anti-corrosion adhesive formulation technology, anti-corrosion layer thicker, so that the adhesive tape has a stronger and more elastic, tape and Pipes adhesive seal between the closer and more secure.

 

♦ Structure :

Polyethylene anti-corrosion PE tape consists of three layers: 

Adhesive: Butyl rubber(BR) or butyl rubber base modified bitumen compound(BC). 
Film backing: Special blend of stabilized polyolefines. 
Interleaf: Anti-adhesive Film Treated with Silicone.

Polyethylene anti-corrosion PE tape : Cold applied tape coating system for corrosion protection of Oil, Gas, Petrochemical, and Waste Water 

underground or overhead pipelines.
