Product Description
According to Inverse Theory Carnot Cycle(Refrigeration Inverse Principle), designed by our Blueway Energy with high temperature air source heat pump also called dehydrator machine collects heat from natural environment, and compress it by the compressor, move the heat to the drier room, the condenser(circulation fan coils) in the dryer room release the heat into the room, air in circulation in this way till the room air to be 85℃.
It consists of drying unit outdoor heat pump, temperature and humidity control system, dehumidify fans, indoor unit fan coil heat exchanger and circulation fans. Can be in insulated warehousing, greenhouse and chicken houses.
The new designed heat pump dryer can provide constant temperatures of a maximum of 85℃and controls moisture keeping original color, shape and taste. Products that are dried and dehumidified are rubbers,herbs,fruits,food, tobacco leaf, flower tea, mushrooms, plastic products, wood, grain etc.
working principle:
A heat pump dryer absord heat from ambient air by evaporator, or recovery the waste heat during the drying proceed, by compressor compress, move (transfer) heat energy to a dry cabinet or room, the hot air in the cabinet heating and circulating repeatedly to absord mositure water from materials, thereby vaporizes mositure from the materials surface, by hot wind dehumidifing or condensor removing water out till material dry.
