PRINTING OF TUBE  

For the ABL tube (Aluminum Barrier Laminated Tube),and PBL tube (All Plastic Barrier Laminated Tube) the first step is offset printing on the Printing machine .

If tube need silk-screen or hot stamping printing ,then after offset printing (or printing background color ),will silk-screen or hot stamping printing via silk-screen or hot stamping printing machine , and back to offset printing machine to make surface treatment, do gloss or matt oil .

TUBE-MAKING 

After printing ,then tube-making(Make a roll of sheet material into tube type) and cut tube that as clients artwork length.

FILLING TUBE HEAD

When the tube cut finish, the thirdly step is tube head.The head material used PP material , them color can make different color,most of clients choice white ,and a part of clients like used color which same with tube surface color , let tube and head keep same color .

Tube head can make color as PT color ,OEM color accept .

SEALING TUBE ENDING 

Next for tube sealing ,after tube head make finished

We used electronic eye spotting, tube will sealing very well and no shifting .

SEALING FOIL AND LOCKING CAPS 

Some clients no need sealing the tube ending , so we will sealing foil and lock caps for clients , our locking caps machine work very fast , one machine can do 120pcs one mins ,that we can meet the customer delivery time fast.

QUALITY TESTING 

After tube ready ,our QC will testing tube one by one , checking tube body printing,tube head ,tube ending ...etc, try our best let defective goods live factory ,don't let imperfection goods go to customer warehouse .

QUALITY SPOT CHECK 

Before sending goods , office worker will conduct quality spot check .

TUBE PACKING 

When everyting be ready,we will packing cosmeitc tubes used exporting outer carton 

Inside with a big polybag and row plastic tube one by one .
Each layer have a paper in order to separated each layer laminated tube packing .
