Calcium stearate for industrial grade

Introduction: 

Calcium stearate White powder, insoluble in water, soluble in hot ethanol, benzene, toluene, turpentine and other organic solvents; encounter acid decomposed into stearic acid and salt; a fire in a dry condition, the ignition point of 900 ℃; moisture absorption.

It has wide range of uses, such as stabilizer; lubricant; paint levelling agent; lubricants from pencil lead; plastic mold release agent; building waterproofing agent; thickener for lubricating oil, halogen absorbent for polypropylene and polyethylene.

Main Application: 

As a thermal stabilizer for PVC and a variety of plastic processing lubricants, release agent, etc.. In the hard ware, with basic lead salt and lead soap can increase the rate of gelation. Also used in food packaging, medical equipment, such as non-toxic soft film and equipment. Can also be used as polyethylene, polypropylene halogen absorbent to eliminate the residual catalyst on the color and stability of the adverse effects. As a plasticizer in rubber processing, it can soften natural rubber and synthetic rubber, but has little effect on vulcanization. Also used as polyolefin fiber and molding lubricant, grease thickening agent, textile waterproofing agent, paint smoothing agent, manufacturing plastic plasticizer etc.. Also used in pencil core production and medicine, spices industry.
