Ratchet straps are specifically designed to hold loads in place on trucks, trailers, rail cars, ships and other freight carriers.

The material for our ratchet straps is polyester/nylon webbing. Each strap is securely stitched around the ratchet appliance and end fitting. 1'' Straps are available with wire hooks, snap hooks, s hooks and d-rings, 2" ratchet straps have various attachment hardware: flat hooks, snap hooks, wire hooks, grab hooks, s-hooks, buckles, and chain are some of the end fittings that ratchet straps use to secure the your cargo. or you can choose an endless strap for your ratchet tie-downs.

All of our 1" ratchet straps are manufactured with polyester webbing, which offers high strength, and resistance to water absorption and damage from the sun’s UV rays, even with repeated outdoor exposure. Because polyester will absorb minimal water, it’s also less likely to rot, mildew, or stretch under load. If you need to add extra abrasion-resistance, it’s easy to add 1" Cordura Wear Sleeves to the webbing to provide another layer of protection.

Working Load Limit is defined as the maximum load a component or assembly should be subjected to during routine use.We strongly recommends the ‘’working load limit’’ does not exceed 1/3 the component and/or the assembly breaking strength.
