Prodcution overview:

Each pack contains a test sheet that is printed with a B-D test sheet which changes from yellow (or blue )to dark brown/black when processed in standard B-D test process.  

The B-D test sheet is wraped within paper, form, laminated paper, and wrap paper to simulate a towel pack.

Usable range:

B-D test chart is the steam penetration test chart ,that dedicated to testing in pre-vacuum or pulsation vacuum pressure steam sterilizer or the packaging,whether the coldair is completely discharged,and whether there is coldair in the package.

Expiry date: 24 months since the date of the production in original package and in cool and dry places.

Use:

Used to detect that the air will be effectively eliminated from the sterilizer when pre-vacuum steam sterilizer phase in vacuum exhaust stage,the use conditions is that in temperature of 132°C ~ 134°C keeping the role of 3.5 to 4.0 minutes, test packaging can be used directly, and the staff don’t need to do standard package.

Results:

Processed through a sterilization cycle,in temperature of 132°C ~ 134°C, keeping the role of 3.5 min, the light yellow bar patterns of test chart should be turned to the uniform black color.Storage condition:Keep stored at room temperature 15°C ~ 30°C and dry place (<50% relative humidity) ,avoid to directly contact with sunlight.
