A: Almost every process, including punching, stamping, electroplating, die-casting, mould design, powder coating, surface treatment and assembly is done in our own workshops. We are also quite good at customised products if you provide us with the drawings of each metal fittings. OEM service is always available.

Q2: How do you regulate the product quality?

A: We have QC staff to check and confirm the quality of each product. We also have the national approved laboratory which is one of the most advanced and authoritative testing centres in door and window hardware, door control hardware industry.

Q3: What is the delivery time?

A: Generally it is 3-5 days if the goods are in stock. Or it is 15-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q4: Do you provide samples? Is it free or extra?

A: Yes, we could offer the sample for free, but do not pay the cost of freight.

Q5: What’s your payment method?
