Bag dust collector is a dry dust filter device. After period of using, due to the sieving, collision, retention, diffusion, electrostatic and other effects, filter bag surface will accumulate some dust, this layer of dust called the primary layer. In the next actions, the primary layer will be the major filter layer of the material. Under the function of the primary layer, the larger mesh screen also can obtain high filtration efficiency. As the dust accumulates in the filter surface, the filter efficiency and resistance are increased correspondingly. When the pressure differential across the filter is large, it will press some adhered fine dust and reduce the duct removal efficiency.

   In addition, if the resistance of the collector is too high it will make the blowing rate significantly down. Therefore remove the dust in the dust collector but can not destroy the primary layer otherwise it will decrease the removing efficiency.

  Working Principle

 With the power repeatedly attached on the filter bag surface, the powder layer is thickening more and more. And the resistance of the bag dust collector is bigger more and more. So the pulse valve film give the instruction to open the pulse valve so the compressed air get free. If no dust or the dust density get to certain degree the mechanical cleaning work will stop.
