Stainless steel requires only occasional cleaning and gives great uniformity. Because it is stainless steel it is rust and corrosion resistant and able to stand up to strong compounds.

Stainless steel, has slight magnetism but will not rust. Unlike carbon steel media, stainless steel doesn't require extra care and will save you money as it doesn't need maintenance solutions to prevent rust, especially during storage.
