Silicone Rubber Keyboard
1. Materials:
Made by top grade silicone rubber, environmental safe material, non-toxic, smooth feel, excellent transmission. The hardness of silicone rubber can be graded between 30 to 80 shore A. Suggested hardness for silicone rubber keypads is 40 to 60 shore A depending on customers' requirement.
We can do any kinds of keypads, including P+R keypads, silicone and rubber keypads, conductive keypads, mobile phone keypads, telephone keypads, remote control keypads and so on.
2. Contact Resistance:
Customized rubber Laptop keyboard pad/gel wrist rest keyboard pad,custom logo keyboard pad, Silicone rubber keypads can be co-molded with silicone conductive pills (carbon pills), gold plated pills and metal pills are also available for some special device.
3. Surface Processing:
We also can deal with the surface of the keypad with laser, PU coating, epoxy resin coating, silk printing and so on.
4. Rubber keyboard pad Color:
Various colors can be blended according to customer's request. Also with phosphorescent or fluorescent options
