Product Application:


Working principle: Under proper vacuum conditions, the pre-fabricated alloy rod is zone molten with inert gas protection. Then the liquid metals straightly pass the tight coupling nozzle and are cracked by the high pressure air flow from the nozzle. The liquid droplets then solidification into powders during falling down. The powders and gas mixture will be delivered to cyclone separator via the carrier pipe. The coarse powders, fine powders and gas are separated in the cyclone separator. The metal powders are collected in the collecting tank.
