2.  Question:  How to place an order for your products?

      Answer: Buyers need to send required product details via e-mail. Then a reasonable quotation as request would be provided.

1. Question: If there is any quality problem during the application , do you need us to send the  goods back to you ?

     Answer:You only need to take pictures / Video about the defective lamps and send it to us and check, we will give you a free replacement, you do not need to pay  any replacement costs, and then with your next order sent to you.

2. Question: How do you ship the RGB Product ?

     Answer: (1) UPS/DHL/FEDEX/TNT/TOLL/Ocean Shipping.

                    (2) Please select your favorable shipping method; or we could offer several shipping options for you if needed.

                    (3) The shipping discount differs in different season and depends on the weight of goods; we will choose the safest and cheapest way for you.

                    (4) Normally, it takes approx. 3-7days from China to destination country. Some remote place will need more 1-3days.

3.  Question:  Can I have free sample ?

      Answer:Yes , of course , but it's only available for our long term business partners , friends with some transactions between us .
