Q: Can you make a motor with custom specifications?

A: Yes, actually this is what we are good at.

Q: Can you change the output shaft of the motor?

A: Yes, no problem.

Q: Does the motor rotate in both directions (CW and CCW)?

A: Yes, it does.

Q: What is the major difference between a spur gear motor and a planetary gear motor?

A: Generally speaking, the planetary gearing structure is much stronger than a spur one. Therefore, a planetary gear motor endures much higher torque than a spur gear motor in equivalent size.

Q: What is delivery time for a sample?

A: It depends, normally 1~2 weeks.

Q: What is delivery time for mass production?

A: 3~4 weeks if there is no additional requirements.

Q: What is the MOQ (minimum order quantity)?

A: No MOQ! Any quantity is acceptable.

Q: Do you have quality control?

A: Yes, it is a must. We do 100% inspection on all motors.

A: We don’t expect to make any profit from samples. Please contact us and we’ll let you know.

A: 30% deposit, balance due before shipment or against shipping documents.

Q: Do you accept PayPal?

A: Yes, but for samples and for small amount of money only.

Q: How do you handle shipment?

A: a) For samples and small batches, we recommend FedEx and UPS express door to door. It is very fast, safe and convenient.  

b) For mass production, we recommend shipment by sea and by airfreight and go with FOB/CIF/CFR terms.

Q: I don’t know too much about motor, can you recommend me a motor?

A: Sure. Normally we will ask you some questions regarding application, dimensions, rated voltage, speed at load/no load, torque at load/stall. i.e. a robot motor with diameter 37mm, 12V, 100rpm and 2Kgf.cm at load.
