CLAMSHELL PACKAGING SERVICES
Stardeal manufactures a wide variety of custom clamshell packaging. Clamshell packaging provides a durable shell to transport your product to the point of purchase. Clamshell containers come in a variety of shapes and sizes and are commonly made from clear materials such as PVC and RPET. These materials offer high visibility of your product. Many clamshell packages are custom formed to hold the specific shape of your product, adding protection and ease of assembly.
PVC and RPET clamshells can be spot welded (sealed) or completely welded around the perimeter to help keep the product from being pilfered. Packaging made of PVC material can also be heat staked. These sealing solutions deter theft and are cursed by all when it comes time to open the clamshell package. Center cut hanger holes can also be included to keep the weight of your product balanced on a pegboard rod.
PLASTIC TRAYS FOR ELECTRONICS
Shenzhen Stardeal Industrial Co., Ltd manufactures plastic electronics packaging, including but not limited to, transport trays, plastic kitting trays, and dunnage trays. These plastic trays are normally produced from PETG, PVS, or Polyethylene material, and are typically treated with an electro static discharge (ESD) or an anti-static agent.
We go to great lengths to produce "clean" electronics packaging with ESD and anti-static properties to keep your packaging safe and free of particulate. We offer our experience in design and provide you with a comprehensive selection of materials. "Low Tech" materials are also available for those electronics applications not requiring a specialty material.
