A:MOQ will be 10pcs per design. 

  

Q:Can make the logo engraved on the wood?

A:It`s no problems to make the customer`s logo engraved on the wood, but the min. quantity will be 50PCS.

 

Q:Can make customized Designs?

A:It`s no problems to make customized designs, but the min. quantity will be 300pcs.

  

Q:Can get a sample?

A:Yes, sure. But the sample fee will be charged which will be refund after placing the orders.

 

Q:Can have customized order? Or with my own logo?

A:Yes,it`s no problems to make customized order but the quantity need to reach to required quantity.

 

Q:What`s the payment terms?

A:We can accept paypal payment for sample charge or small order. For big order, we accept T/T payment: 30% deposit while placing the order and 70% balance paid before shippment.

 

Q:What`s available shippment way?

A: The cheapest way for big quantity will be shipped by sea or by air. For small quantity, there are many courier service available such as UPS, TNT, FEDEX,DHL, EMS,SF EXPRESS Ect.
