A: Yes. Providing technical training to our Distributors is a very important matter for us. We pro-vide training seminars in our factories upon requests and also at scheduled times. These train-ing seminars are free of charge for the attendants who only have to take care of their own trans-portation and hotels costs. Please contact us if you are interested in attending one of these seminars. Also we provide teaching videos to our customers. For some dificult questions, we
can arrange meetings between our customers and our engineers through phone.
Q:Does OBT provide Commercial Training for its clients and distributors?
A: Yes. This can be done during a previously arranged Technical Training, as mentioned above,or as a separate event. Please contact us if you are interested in attending one of these semi-nars.
Q:Is it possible to organize in-house training for our engineers and salesmen?
A: Yes, we can accommodate to this request. However, charges may apply. Please ask for con-ditions.
Q:What is the warranty of the OBT products?
A: Please see our quality commitment as follows:
ensure our products and technical services assume full responsibility for the quality.for the products from the date of acceptance, the warranty period is two years, if quality prob-lems occurred within one year, we provide free replacement parts;warranty expires, the supplier will provide maintenance 1 repair services, only charge for materi-al cost.

A: Our products comply with CE standards, CCC standards and contract requirements, We pro-duce the products which can meet the customers' satisfaction. And our company have got the certification of IS09001,ISO14001,ISO18001 and CE.
