Full continuous shea nut butter pressing&extraction plant main parts:
Pretreatment&Prepress:
a. Cleaning device:remove various impurities in raw material shea nut, such as: iron,
stones, clump, such as the plant leaf, clean up till impurity content does not exceed 0.2%.
b.Crushing machine: crushed into 6-8 pieces. In order to meet the requirements
of crushing, the shea nut is suitable for crushing with the moisture of 7% to 12%.
c. Softening process:the purpose of softening is to adjust the moisture and temperature
of oil, and make it soft.
d.Flaking process: rolling raw material into flakes, and the purpose is to increae surface
area, destroy the peanut cell tissue, shorten the way of oil out from cake.
e:Cooking process: use steam cooking, inject direct steam and cook the flakes to meet the
requirement of oil press.
f.Pre-press: press the flakes to leave about 16%-18% in the cake. The cake will go to extraction
process.
g.Press: press the cake till 6%-8% shea butter left in the cake.

3, using the new continuous physical refining deacidification deodorization, deacidification deodorizing suitable for high acid value and low gum content of the vegetable oil, the actual production proves that the process has the following salient features: strong acid removal ability, good heat decolorization, refining rate, good quality oil.
4. The process multiple heat exchange systems take advantage of the heat, reduce steam consumption, the production process also has an adjustable, flexible operation, high automatic degree of sanitation.
Applicable oil: soybean oil, sunflower oil, rapeseed oil, cottonseed oil, peanut oil, palm oil, copra oil, rice bran oil, animal oil all need refining oil.
