Q1. Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are a factory with four workshops.

Q2. What is goods lead time?

A: According to clients’ requirements,generally the lead time is 5 to 15 days.

Q3. How can I get some samples?

A: We are honored to offer you samples.New clients are expected to pay for the courier cost,the samples are free for you,this charge will be deducted from the payment for formal order.

Q4. How does your factory do regarding quality control?

A: All the raw materials from international famous brand are detected by 4-6 tests before entering factory, and there is special team who designs the product according to client’s requirement in our company, the QC department is responsible for detecting dozens of indexes during the processing, so our products will be tested many times before leaving factory, and it accord with high quality standard and other third party certifier services.

Q5. What is your payment?

A: T/T and L/C.

Q6. Can your factory print my LOGO on the goods?

A: Yes, If printing logo need to increase the cost, you need to pay in advance, and then when the order quantity reaches a certain level, we will return the cost. If it is low, we can afford it.

Q7. How long is the warranty period ?

A: One year under normal conditions.

Q8. Where is your factory and how can we go ?

A:We are located in southwest of china, Chengdu, Sichuan, the hometown of panda. About two hours of aircraft from Shenzhen.
