Main Features of HEPA Filter Dust Extractor For Floor Grinders
1) Motor unit: Three single-phase industry-grade motors with independent ON/OFF, allowing to adjust airflow to suit for different requirement.Built-in vacuum meter for real-time filter clogging detect.
2) Filter unit: Equipped with a HEPA (PTFE coated, “TORAY” polyster),, the machine can separate 0.3um dust with an efficiency 99%, securing a high standard of quality and safety.
3) Filter cleaning system:The Single-Phase 3.0KW Dust Extractor with Integrated Pre-separator for concrete floor RV5 series used a unique “reverse-air cleaning” system which cleans the filter in a very easy while a high efficient way, preventing dusts from clogging the filter and thereby maintaining a normal airflow.
4) Equipped with a drop-down continunes bag system for collecting dust, providing very easy handling of grinding residue.
