LED high bay light installation
.If the lamp outer cable or cord is damaged, must be qualified personnel to repair.That the lamps is abnormal , must cut off the power input.
.Power input end do some lightning protection measures, and guarantee the input voltage stability.
.Please mount the lamp in a dry, ventilation, clean environment, and regular cleaning and maintenance.
.Inside Lamps have high voltage parts,do not disassemble, so as to avoid the electric shock.
.Lamp must be vertical suspension and the supporter should can bear at least 3 times weight of the lamp.
.Luminaires should not be installed where it is draught, in case of shaking and unstable.
After service
All of our product’s warranty period is 5 years for the constant current power and LED light source guaranteed usable 3 years. Besides our warranty is based on the right storage, installing ,using and maintenance. However, the damages resulted from wrong installing and rule-breaking operations don’t belong to the warranty range. As for the quality problem during the warranty period, we would like to maintain and change. While we will charge for the material and labor cost over than the warranty period.
