Shirt Interlining
The fusible lining for the collar of the shirt is called the collar interlining, and it is the special lining only for the suit collar and the shirt collar to make the clothes collar stabilize and elegant . The collar lining is usually treated with resin in order to achieve a certain hardness and stiffness, so the collar interlining is also belongs to a kind of resin lining or hard lining.
Due to the development of the industry, most of the linings used in the collar linings are adhesive-type collar linings. Most of the base fabrics are made of cotton, polyester-cotton blends, and polyester. In the hardness of the lining, it can be divided into M type, S type, H type, HH type, HHH type according to the order from soft to hard. The hardness of the collar (hard lining) can be selected according to the demand.

Adhesion of interlining and fabric
1. Bonding machine: The bonding machine generally has two types, roller type and flat type.
2. Adhesive conditions: Adhesive conditions include bonding temperature, pressing time and pressure. There is a certain connection between the interaction of the three elements within a certain range. As the temperature increases and the pressure increases, the pressing time can be shortened relatively. If the temperature is too high and the pressing time is too long, the performance and color of the fabric may be damaged easily , and the hot melt glue can be also permeated through cloth fabric .if over-pressure can also destroy the appearance of the fabric easily. (especially the light and thin fabric)
3. Selection of Adhesive Conditions: Before big order production, the adhesive conditions must be tested repeatedly in order to determine the best process conditions (we provide adhesive conditions for reference when testing samples).
After lining cloth and fabric bonding. Strip it. If the hot melt adhesive is evenly distributed on the lining cloth and the fabric, it means that the bonding conditions are proper for good use, otherwise it should be tested again. After bonding, the cloth surface should be smooth, no wrinkle,no blistering,and no glue penetration. After bonding, peel strength, dry cleaning, and washing performance tests shall be performed. The test results shall meet the production requirements. The effect of bonding must meet the style and characteristics of the clothing.
