K-TIG welding is a new method which can realize "Keyhole" welding. It has the appearance of ordinary TIG welding, and it has the characteristics of super penetration of plasma welding.
K-TIG welding technology is a kind of high-speed one-way full penetration welding technology, it does not need any wire and don't need to open groove, also do not need a professional worker, but able to do 10 times faster than normal TIG welding technology on perfectly welding 3 ~ 16 mm thickness plate (such as Titanium alloy). (Note: less than 3% of the welding materials from traditional welding are used to overcome the bite.) The welding seam is 100% of the maternal layer, and there are no multiple fusion lines,completely no slag, air hole and common weld defects. The unrippled welding pool of K-TIG welding ensures the high quality of the covering both layer, and completely does not need the back clearance and surface polishing cleaning and polishing.
K-TIG welding machine is installed with special welding torch based on the keyhole effect of TIG welding machine control system , precision calculating the welding material, thickness, process parameters through the computer system, realize the precise control of welding process, in order to realize the automation of welding operation, dynamic adjusting the welding parameters by computer program to ensure repeatable high welding quality.
K-TIG welding system can save a lot of manpower, materials and energy for many welding applications. It is suitable for welding stainless steel, nickel base alloy, titanium alloy, zirconium alloy, cobalt alloy etc. These expensive metal processing requires high weld quality and forming, and K-TIG welding can provide high welding quality and efficiency; At the same time, the quality, efficiency and cost advantage of the thick slab welding and thick slabs are better than other technologies.
