A: we are located in Canton(Guangzhou) that is near to Hongkong and Macao,you can fly to Guangzhou Bai Yun airport ,we pick you up from the airport or your hotel.

A:Show us the picture or video about the malfunction from machine ,we will send you solution via email within 24 hours .our engineer will go to your factory to solve problems if there is neccessary ,but the travel and hotel expenses should be count on buyer.
