Shippment:
1. Upon receipt of payment , delivery date will be in 10-30 working days

After-sale service
1. Warranty period: 12month since on board date but no more than 13monthes.
2. Training how to install the machine, training how to use the machine in Guangzhou huasheng factory
3. During warranty period, factory would provide new parts with free charge when parts damage caused by non-man-made reason or force majeure; Warranty range don't include damageable parts like heating tube, thermo-couple, temperature controller, photocell and blade)
4. Factory would provide all parts on the machine during the whole machine running time.After warranty time, we still supply repairing service. we can supply the parts for customers or service to customers' companies. But the freight or the fee to customers' companies will be paid by users.
5. On door service term: Machine price do not cover on door service; When needs go abroad to do on door service, buyer would be in charge of Visa, round tickets, living &commodity & traffic cost, salary USD120/day.
6. Inspection method: Online inspection (manufacturer will provide machine testing video/ sample tear video /sample close view pictures or delivery by courier) OR on site inspection (Inspection fee would be charged on buyer’s account);
