2. Equipment summary


FTTL2000 type amorphous iron core annealing furnace is mainly used for annealing process for amorphous iron core in the manufacturing process. An amorphous iron core is provided for annealing in high temperature, anaerobic, and DC excitation conditions. In order to eliminate the mechanical stress produced during the processing of amorphous core, the shape setting is achieved, and the electromagnetic properties of the amorphous iron core material are fully restored.

               The nitrogen inlet with 2pcs, diameter 25mm, installed on the top of a furnace, one into the air duct, close to the blower fan, the other one enters the furnace cavity, centered on both sides of the bottom of the furnace body is retained, the diameter of 50mm vent, with cover, can be equipped with a manual switching regulator, with flow meter,and the nitrogen gas flow could be controlled.


 


Field current connects copper busbar:2 pcs Field current connects copper busbar, Installed at the bottom of the box and well insulated (low voltage).


It is drawn from the back of the furnace and the outlet is sealed with a high temperature gasket. Two copper busbar the middle spacing distance is 300mm, copper busbar size: 100*10mm


 


4.Furnace system structure


Structural style: Monolithic structure


Door opening mode: Manually open the door with a locking device


Gate seal material: The sealing material is made of ceramic fiber square rope, and the door frame adopts three sealing ways. The bottom height is 200mm, which is convenient for the external ferry vehicle to butt joint.


Furnace chassis: Produced by No.16 channel steel, 2pcs No.16 channel steel shall be laid at the bottom of the furnace body,


                the channel mouth is upwards, the center distance is 1240mm, and the main load is 3 tons inside the furnace body.


 


Shell frame of furnace body: Q235 channel steel, angle iron welding, after antirust treatment, spraying amino dry paint.


 


Shell of furnace body: after Q235 steel plate antirust treatment, spraying amino dry paint


Inner shell frame of furnace body: Q235 channel steel, angle steel welding, after rust treatment, spraying high temperature silver paint.


 


Furnace inner liner: SUS304 1.2mm stainless steel plate, through screw, argon arc welding connection, and do high temperature anti deformation treatment. The inner plate and the plate are provided with expansion joints to facilitate expansion and contraction at high temperature. The protective gas (nitrogen) in the box can be prevented from being damaged due to high temperature deformation and gas leakage


 


 


Furnace door structure: The facade is made of Q235 cold rolled steel plate and sprayed with amino dry paint after antirust treatment


 


Thermal insulation material: It adopts high density high quality aluminum silicate cotton + ceramic fiber blanket double filling structure


Thickness of insulating layer:     200mm


Test line installation method: A soft lifting groove is opened on the door frame of the furnace body, so that the utility model is convenient for the use of six K graduation test lines.


 


5.   Blowing system


Working principle: A low noise centrifugal fan is used for blowing into the air channel of the left and the right heating rooms, and then enters the chamber after the heat exchange with the heating element through the air inlet at the lower part of the two sides. After heat exchange with the workpiece, return to the fan through the top fan. This cycle of repetition increases the temperature of the studio gradually. The structure of the equipment and the principle of hot air circulation ensure the temperature uniformity in each area of the furnace, and eliminate the dead angle and the blind area of the low temperature.


Air supply mode: Hot air supply mode: vertical air supply (vertical) from bottom to top


Blower fan: Special temperature - resistant centrifugal long axis motor, bearings with high temperature bearings, and with high temperature grease
