Brief Introduction:



Bacillus licheniformis belongs to Bacillus family of bacteria, is a Gram-positive bacteria, 0.8μm × (1.5 - 3.5) μm, with solitary and rod-shaped cell morphology and arrangement. Its spore is nearly central and ellipsoidal, with slightly dilated sporocyst. It can produce a variety of antibiotics, including lipopeptide, peptides, phospholipids, polyenes, amino acids and nucleic acid substances, and has strong inhibitory action to many pathogenic bacteria. It can produce large amounts of protease and amylase, and can promote the digestion and absorption of protein and starch in feed.
