Spray Gun Set Up	Gravity feed: 1.2~1.5mm Suction feed: 1.2~1.7mm
	The pressure of spray gun is 3-5 kg/cm2
Spray-Painted Method	Thin spray 2 ~3 layers with a air pressure of 3.5 kg, the volatilization time is 2 ~ 3 minutes(25℃), spraying distance is 15~20cm. After covered completely, spray the last layer with 2 kg air pressure. After volatilize for 5 ~ 10 minutes but not more than 1 hour, spray varnish.
Film Thickness	10~20 micron
Drying Time	At 25 ℃, after 15 minutes, spray varnish within 1 hour.
Range of Application	The surface of old paint or primer after polishing with the P1000# sandpaper or removing the oil.
Others	After spraying VSM 1K metal paint,should spray varnish within 1 hour as much as possible,to ensure the accuracy and repeatability of color formula, stir equably before application.
