A:We are not only a trade company but also a manufacturer, we have been in the plush field for many years. now we have more than 100 staffs.
Q(2):What are your company's main products?
A:We mainly produce plush stuffed toys, plush bag, plush shoes, plush pillow, etc.
Q(3):Do you accept OEM/ODM work?
A:Yes,we have our own factory and could provide OEM/ODM service. We have been cooperating with many famous foreign supermarkets.
About the sample fee
Q(4):Why do you charge sample fee?
A:We need to order the material for your customized designs, we need to pay the printing and embroidery, and we need to pay our designers salary. Once you pay the sample fee, it means we have the contract with you, we will take responsibility for your samples, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.
Q(5):How much is the sample fee?
A:The account is up to your sample, usually it is 70-100USD, but if there are many embroideries or printings, and it is complex, the sample fee will be igher.
Q(6):What is the sample time?
A:It is 5-7 days according to the different samples. If you want the sample urgently, it can be done within 3 days.
Q(7):If I send my own sample to you, you duplicate the sample for me, should I pay the sample fee?
A:Once we promise you that we can do it, you will not pay any fees any more.You just need to pay the delivery cost.
Q(8):How about the sample freight?
A:If you have an international express account, you can choose freight collect. If not, you can pay the freight together with the sample fee.
Q(9):If I don’t like the sample when I receive it, can you modify it for me?
A:Yes, until you say “ok, it is perfect”.
About the price
Q(10):Do you have a competitive price?
A:Of course. If you do not have a try, you will not know it.
Q(11):How can I get the discount?
A:The discount is up to your order quantity. Small order will have higher price.Your rolling order can help you get a bigger discount. Delivery time, material and graft will influence the price.
Q(12):How can I do if I receive the bad quality goods?
A:Tell us the pcs of bad goods, and send us the photos, we will refund these costs or remake the goods for you.
About the MOQ
Q(13):What is your MOQ?
A:To our old customers, the MOQ can be 500 pcs. If you are a professional purchaser or specialize in plush toys, we can do very small quantity for you. 1000 pcs or 1500 pcs. We hope there will be a bigger one after that.
About the delivery Time

A:Usually, it is 25-30 days according to your quantity.
