GBSJ-1500 CNC Wire Saw Machine

Features:

1.     The degree of automation is high. The electrical system adopts the CNC technician; the main running adopts the stable, good quality and strong servo motor. The running of the wheel adopts the stepping motor.

2.     The structure is reasonable, the running is stable. The main frame is gantry type. And because the up/down of the two flywheels adopt the roller type structure, the up/down action is light and flexible, stable. The wire wheel is through balance adjustment so its work is more stable. The up/down is controlled by separate stepping motors, so it is easy for adjustment and easy to keep in the same height.

3.     The operation is easy. It adopts the man-machine menu which is easy for reading and monitoring. Design the shape on the computer and then copy it to this system. It will change it into the procedure directly.

4.     The tension of the wire adopts hydraulic system. This hydraulic system is designed with the hydraulic accumulator and discharge pressure switch which can make sure the stable pressure and is easy for maintance.

5.     It is major in profiling processing of the granite and marble, can cutting different sizes of arc slab, solid columns and hollow columns and large-scale stone line, letter etc.
