Mobile Foam Proportioning Unit Tank, Foam Cart
The PY mobile foam unit/foam cart is applied to put out fire of combustible solid and liquid. It can be the firefighting equipment independently or cooperated with large scale fixed foam extinguishing system. Its prominent advantages is that it is very convenient and used along with foam guns and foam generate system to compose low, middle and high expansion foam extinguishing system.
Working principle:
This system contains units of foam tank, vacuum type porportioner (in-line inductor), fire hose, foam gun and control valves. Pressurized water will flow through a narrow part when it flows into proportioner. There is a pipe at the narrow part which was connected with foam tank. For the flow velocity at the narrow part is bigger than other parts that its pressure gets smaller than standard atmosphere, resulting in vacuum at outlet. Thus the foam concentrate was absorbed out and conveyed to foam generator. The tank has two outlets to choose from or used at the same time.
