Q2:Where is your factory located?

  A: Our factory is located in Cixi, Ningbo. Nearby Ningbo port, the second largest port in China, convenient transportation and low cost, and close to Shanghai, convenient for customers to visit our factory.

Q3: How can I get some samples?

   A: We are honored to offer samples to you when the prices are confirmed. Samples are free, however, the freight cost should be collected by customer. If sample quantity is more than our regular one, we will extra collect sample cost.

Q4: What is your payment term?

   A: 30% TT in advance, the balance payment 70% against copy of b/l.

   B:30% TT in advance, the balance payment 70% is DP

Q5: What’s your delivery time?

  A: It will take about 25 days to finish an order after the GB/IM artwork are available. But the exact time is according to actual situation. We will release the time line(KPD) for the order/project.
