1: How do I figure out what size I want ?

To figure out what size you wear. You will need to find a cloth measuring tape. Measure the circumference of your head at the place where you would wear a hat. Take the measurement in inches and refer to the chart below. If you are in between two sizes, choose the bigger size. You can always pad a hat smaller.

2: How do I clean &care for my straw hat ? How often should I have my hat cleaned?

Store your straw hat upside down on its crown, on a clean surface or in a hat box to keep the brim from flattening out. Details we could send you via email , thank you !

Only some hats can be cleaned. Structured cloth hats, straw & leather cannot be successfully cleaned. They are meant to be replaced periodically. Better felt hats should be cleaned "as needed".

3: How do I find out the type or style of a hat a certain celebrity wore in a classic movie or a recent film or television show ?

We do not have such information available to us. Most television and movie productions have a wardrobe or costume department, and usually find what they need on their own. On occasion we are directly contacted to supply products.

4. Why do some hats look the same as others but cost so much more?

The quality of the material makes the difference. Quality is directly related to toughness & weatherability. A good hat can be worn out in the rain in place of an umbrella. You won't get wet and the hat won't lose shape. Let a wet hat dry normally. Quality hats can withstand much wear & tear.

5 How long will hat last?

Straw hats, cloth hats, leather & wool hats are meant to be replaced annually or every few years if worn on a daily basis. High quality felt hats properly cared for can last for many many years.

6:  Can I have my own design and adding my brand?

Sure. We can work out your design by your sample photo OR real sample will be much better.and we are responsibility to Secrecy your design.

7:  How much does a sample cost?

We will double charge the sample fee basing on bulk price for now. and will return you half once your  official order confirmed.

8: Port ? Payment way & term ?

SHENZHEN port.   T/T before shipment, L/C at sight, Westen Union and Paypal.    Paypal is acceptable for sample for sample fee. Other payment term has to be discussed before placing orders.
