Before sales: provide free samples for customers’ reference

We offer a large sample of A4 paper for free!

We will charge if there is a need for more than the size of A4 paper samples . If we have a deal, we'll cut it for free or refund the original version fee.

We sincerely hope you'll excuse us because we send out many samples every day for free.

We can also provide color cards free of charge if necessary

After sales: If there are any dissatisfaction after receiving goods, based on the actual inspection report, we will offer a reasonable solution until meet your need.

Q1: How to make an order?

1. sample approval
2. Client make 30% deposit or open LC after receiving our PI
3. Client approve our pp sample, and get the testing report if any necessary
4. FRI
5. arrange shipment
6. supplier arrange necessary documents and send copy of these documents
7. Client effect balance payment
8. supplier send original documents or telex release the goods
9. quality warranty for 60 days after shipment  

Q2: Can we get a sample for reference?

Yes, A4 samples will be free but the postage will be collected.

Q3: How long does it take to finish lab-dip?

Normally, 3-5 days for lab-dip, 7-10 days for approval sample for plain color,

Q4: Do I need to pay deposit when contract is done?

Yes, 30% deposit within 3 working days is required. Our delivery time is based on the date that your deposit is already on our account.
