1. Are you factory or trading company ? Can i customized my item and add my logo on the products and packages ?

PERFECT’s Answer : We are a profession OEM manufacturer produces only wooden games so you can definitely print your logo on the products and packages.

2. How long will the production take since i place the order ? How long will the PPS ( Pre-production sample ) complete ?

PERFECT’s Answer: Usually it takes 35 to 40 days to complete the production as the raw wood material are cut according to the our products’ size it takes around 15days. The PPS will be completed within 10days after we get the deposit.

3. Do you accept trade assurance order ?

PERFECT’s Answer: Yes , trade assurance order is fine for us.

4. Do i get the replacement if i found any damaged item after receiving of the cargo ?

PERFECT’s Answer: We guarantee that any damaged item will get it’s replacement unless the unwarrantable destroy.
