Shipping
1.Holidays:We only accept order but not arrange shipment on all major national
holidays and all Jewish holidays. Any purchases made on those days will be processed
the later days.
2.Items are dispatched within 1-3 business days(It means sample,formal order depend on different quantity) after payment is confirmed or cleared. (except weekends and holidays).

3.The shipment usually takes 7-28 business days (Saturday and Sunday excluded). All
posted delivery times are Estimates, actual times may vary. If you need the item

Return & Warranty
1.If you receive an item and it doesn’t work properly, please contact us first, our
Customer Service Representative will follow up and solve it for you.
2.In all cases, buyers pay shipping fees on their own cost to return products for
exchange or refund. We won’t be responsible for the postage of replacements. Refund
will be made upon receipt of the returned item.
3.For all returned products, buyers MUST contact us for the return address.
4.In the case of item with quality problems, returns will be accepted under the product
quality within 30 days after delivery. However, if the item is damaged upon arrival,
buyers must contact us within 3 days after delivery for any refund or replacement.
5.Returns will not be accepted if buyers caused any damages to the item.
6.Refunds are given as Exchange or Money Back.
7.Item must be in original condition. All packaging and accessories must be included.
8.If the item is faulty on arrival we can send you new item with free of charge, but
the faulty item needs to be returned first so we can check the issue with the item.
