1. Inquiry-Professional quotation.
 

2. Confirm the price, lead time,logo on packing, payment term etc. 
 

3. Samples confirmation: sending samples to customer, or customers send samples to us and we can produce

the same style according to samples.
 

4. After approval of all the above, Grace Color sales send the Proforma Invoice with Grace Color company seal

and sales contract.
 

5. Customer sign the contract, send us scanned copy and make the payment for deposit and send us Bank receipt.
 

6. Initial Production Stage: Inform the clients that we have got the payment, and prepare raw materials. After all

the raw materials are ready, we will inform customer the exact date of production and inform the estimated time

of finishing production. 
 

7. Middle Production: send photos to show the production line which you can see your products under production.

Confirm the estimated delivery time again.
 

8. End Production: Mass production products photos and samples will send to you for approval. You can also

arrange the third party Inspection.
 

9. Clients make payment for balance and Grace Color Ship the goods .Also can accept payment term-Balance against Copy B/L Or L/C payment Term. Inform the goods tracking number and check the status for clients.
 

10. Order can be say “finish” when you receive the goods and satisfy with them.
