It is drying and roller grinding type,ingenious using of arc grinding path,reasonable using of colliding,rolling,grinding mechanism.Integrating grinding and classifying process,qualified fine powder can be extracted in time,coarse powder will be continue to re-grinding,avoid the material be overground.

Working principle
The roller mill is equipped with three layers of grinding roller,when they rotate along with supports,the material is thrown to the grinding ring,and the material between the grinding roller and grinding ring is ground into powder,the size reduction material enters into the classifying area on the top together with uprising airflow,under the action of centrifugal force from classifying wheel and draught fan,the oversized powder is repulverized and the qualified powder is collected by the cyclone and bag filter.
