1.What is your MOQ ?

Usually our MOQ is 500pcs or 1000pcs. But we accept lower quantity for your trial order. Please feel free to tell us how many pieces you need, we will calculate the cost correspondingly, hoping you can place large orders after checking quality of our products and know our service.

 2.Can I get samples?

Sure. We usually provide existing sample for checking quality. But a little sample charge for custom designs. Sample charge is refundable when order is up to certain quantity.

We usually send samples by FEDEX,UPS,TNT or DHL. If you have carrier account, it will be fine to ship with your account, if not, you can pay the freight charge to our account, we will ship with our account. It takes about 5-7 days to reach you, subject where you are.

3.How long is the sample lead time?

For existing samples, it takes 1-2 days. If you want your own designs, it takes 7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new custom logo printing, etc. Anyway, we will response fast to your request.

4.How long is the production lead time?

It takes 40-45 days for MOQ.

5.What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own designer. So you can provide AI,cdr or PDF, etc. We will draw artwork for mold or printing screen for your final confirmation based on technique.

6.How many colors are available?

We match colors with Pantone Matching System.  We will match the colors. Or we will recommend some popular colors to you.
