New product silicone cable open mixing mill/open mill

Two roll open mixing mill is used for rubber&plastic raw material mixing and modification, just like the PVC EVA NBR SBR etc.The specific proposal would be based on the materials characteristic, production capacity.

Main Features

Roller of the open mixing mill

Roller treatment:The roller is made of high quality carbon steel, which is treated by nitriding, the surface is coated by chromium, the bearing capacity is strong, making the service life longer.

Roller structure: Medium hole roller, roller hardness (Hs) 58-65. Fine machining inner cavity of the roller ensures that the roller body cools quickly and evenly.

Safety devices

1.A protective cover is installed to prevent operator's hands from rolling into the roll.

2.A 360 angle emergency brake button.(national invention patent) once the button being touched from any angle, the roller will stop and turn back a quarter round to avoid secondary damage.

Intelligent control panel and PLC control system

1. Real-time data record and export of kneading time, temperature (mixing chamber and front/rear rotors), ram pressure, current, torque and recipe code.
2. The control system can be set up to 20 mixing steps, save 20 recipe spaces.
3. The control system is capable of remote import of the process recipe and data monitoring, communicating with MES via Ethernet communication interface.
4. An Ethernet communication interface and 20% of the control points are reserved. Touch screen is provided.
