The horizontal installation of engine water tank, hydraulic oil and fracturing pump lubricating oil radiator is cooled by the fan driven by liquid motor. The speed of the fan can be controlled by the temperature control valve to keep the optimum temperature of the system, and it can also be controlled manually so that the engine can be cooled quickly before flameout.

The engine / transmission box and the chassis are installed by isolation, and the rubber pad is used for isolation. The engine / transmission box is connected to a single whole, and the three point installation is adopted.

The engine driving mode of the fracturing platform is that the motor is installed on both sides of the engine to drive the engine to start, and the hydraulic system is started by the force driven by the chassis engine. The chassis engine doesn't work when the equipment on the fracturing platform is working.

The engine on the bench has a generator (24VDC, not less than 45A), which is used to charge the battery of the chassis.
